Appendix A: Crown Amplifier Configuration for

ACENet Network

Requirements

•Crown

Amp connected to the ACENet Network

• HiQnet System Architect

software (download at http://hiqnet.harmanpro.com). Be sure to

download the latest version.

• Windows® XP, 2000, 2003 Server, Vista, or Windows 7

• 2 GHz processor or faster (3GHz recommended)

• 2 GB RAM

• Minimum of 400 MB free hard drive space

Note: Do not proceed with configuration while running a project/model on a Target that is con-

nected to the same ACENet network. Disconnect the Target from the ACENet network.

1. Open HiQnet System Architect

software.

2. The following screen will appear the first time a device is recognized on the network.

Always select “Receive from Device.”
